General:
Participation is exclusively available to members of the School of Hard Rocks (SOHR).
To qualify for participation in any event, members must ensure that their subscription fees are current.
Payment of the required non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of registration indicates acceptance of the Terms & Conditions outlined in the event communication.
Entry Deadline:
Registration closes 30 days before the event’s start date.
Payment Terms:
Upon registering for an SOHR event, all participants must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total entry fee within 48 hours to confirm participation.
Due to limited availability of spots, priority will be given to members who have submitted their deposit.
Payments should be made via EFT or direct deposit into the SOHR bank account, with the following details:

Proof of Payment must be sent to the designated SOHR contact via email; failure to provide this proof will result in the payment being considered unpaid.
The remaining balance of the entry fee must be settled in full no later than 14 days before the event’s start date.
Failure to adhere to any of the specified payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of your entry.
Refund Policy:
No entry fee will be refunded if an event is canceled due to acts of God (Force Majeure), including adverse weather conditions, riots, strikes, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to establish a clear record of the cancellation date.
Refunds will be processed as follows:
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event: 100% refund of fees received, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made 21 days prior to the event: 75% refund of fees received, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event: 50% refund of fees received, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refund.
Refunds will be processed via EFT within 7 working days after the event concludes.
Participants must provide confirmation of banking details via email along with the cancellation notice to receive a refund.
Transfer of Entries:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your entry to another participant, provided written notification is given at least 7 days before the event begins.
The new participant must be a fully paid SOHR member.
The transfer requires approval from an SOHR committee member.
The full entry fee must be settled before the transfer is approved.
The new participant must agree to the Terms & Conditions of the event.
